Use these six keys to enjoying a healthy and long life:
- Drinking good water. Water is essential for good health. Drink water that has a large power reduction, which has not been polluted by chemical substances. Consume lots of mineral water containing calcium and magnesium will keep the body at optimal alkaline pH. Adults should drink at least 6-10 glasses of water each day, 1-3 glasses after wake up in the morning.
