1. Eat meat from lower animal temperature than our body temperature. Consume high animal body temperature, such as chicken and beef is not good because these fat animals would freeze in the flow of human blood. It will be better if you eat fish, because fish oil is a liquid and will launch arterial flow in the body.

2. Drink 8-10 glasses of good water every day. It is important to remember to drink a few glasses of water before meals and not during or after a meal because you do not want to dilute the digestive enzymes. Good water must be able to get rid of free radicals by anti-oxidants.

3. Eat good carbohydrate. Good carbohydrate foods contain fiber, vitamins, minerals and all the elements that help cell metabolism, blood flow and the elimination of the waste. Eat brown rice, corn, millet, amaranth seeds, kinoa, buckwheat and bread made from whole wheat.

4. Chew food well. Chew each mouthful of food 30-70 times. With careful chewing increases blood sugar levels that suppress appetite and prevent too much eating .Chewing well helps the absorption of food in an efficient, even in small quantities.

5. Eat high fiber foods. All kinds of fiber contained in foods. Fiber has been found in plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, cereals and grains. Dietary fiber intake in the form of tablets, liquids or capsules is not recommended. Such supplements can affect the absorption of other nutrients that cause disease.
